Nanakuli Notary is a locally owned Mobile Notary business that serves the general Public in signing and certifying documents on Oahu. All of our team members are licensed and ensured with the State of Hawaii and the National Notary Association.

How much does it cost?

Notarial fees are set by HRS §456-17 Subject to Section 456-18.

Prices vary based on the type of document, number of signers, & time it takes to complete the notarization.

Travel fees include the first notarized signature. Each additional notarized signature will be $5 more.

We do not have a physical office location & the minimum travel fee is $50.

If re-signing is necessary due to Notary error or omission there is no charge.

HRS §456-1.6 require all signers & witnesses to have a valid government issued photo ID with their signature.

**Expired ID’s are accepted if its less than (3) three years prior to signing.***

We can come to you!

If you don’t have the time to stand in line at the bank or a UPS location to get your documents notarized we make it

simple by coming to you! Travel fees vary by location, must be paid in advance and are non-refundable

if we arrive and your documents are incomplete or your ID doesn’t meet the state requirements even if the signing does not occur.

Cancellations made one hour prior to scheduled appointments are also non-refundable.

Due to Covid-19 we will no longer be entering private residences. All signings will be completed outside or at your door.

We do not have a physical office location but we can meet you at Nanakuli Village area near Starbucks to

get your documents signed & notarized. Plus you can enjoy some of the best food & beaches that Nanakuli has to offer!
